The Sechelt Groves Society was formed in 2011 to create a more focused group, relieving the Sandy Hook Community Association of the responsibility, and to pursue charitable status for fund raising efforts.
As a charity registered with the Province and the Federal government, over $60,000 has been raised from donors, including “in kind”, allowing the completion of almost all the projects seen on this website.
The Society welcomes members, donors, volunteers and dedicated Board members.
The Annual General Meeting is held once a year.
The current Board of Directors is:
President: Michael Davidson
Vice President: John Campbell
Secretary/Treasurer: Nancy Smith
Directors: Ken Kolterman, Terry Nichol and Howard Baker.
